northernmusician's Journal, 13 Nov 15

It looks like this is a week close to maintenance. I'm not concerned. State of mind is everything. Currently the calipers are saying somewhere around 15% body fat. I'm good with that until I get my second wind back. Next week I suppose. No refeed day this week for me.

What's a refeed day? Not sure if I've asked this before or not.

You need to dodge the pizza and lasagna when it attacks :) It shouldn't take you too long to back on track and drop the weight. You probably just need to burn off some of the extra glycogen you have.

Northern🎸, how low do you plan to go concerning your body fat, which in my opinion is not much?

You're in a pretty tight window of fluctuation and doing nicely. 15% body fat sounds pretty good, I'm not there yet but always hopeful of future possibilities.

I'm at 15 and eventually want to get to 10%. Not in a rush. I won't be on a beach any time soon. It's weird you can be this lean and still 'worry' about your weight. Actually, I know the moment I quit watching and counting it will go back to 45% bf. It's all but automatic. Dang fridge.

You know what's best for you, but when you get to 10% bf, don't turn sideways or you'll dissappear ! :)

If it's not a challenge, I won't stay on track. That's just me.

Not comfortable in an containable comfort zone or always striving for better than the present situation? Met a man tonight who used to live in Vancouver, BC, he had all positive comments concerning BC, never once mentioned blizzards or sprawl.

Obtainable, not containable.
