JockoT's Journal, 13 Nov 15

Well it is Friday the 13th right enough. What abject disappointment when I got on the scales and found my weight was up. I do not know how, as I have stayed below my RDI all week. In fact, for 6 of the days I have been below my revised RDI which is 200 calories below Fatsecret's and the NHS's RDI.
I measure my % Body Fat every week, using a Lloyds Body Fat Monitor, and it has remained the same. I even feel my "spare tyre" is less evident.
Nothing for it but to see what next week's weigh in brings.
106.6 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aw jockoT, I understand yoyr annoyance, it is only a pound tho, sometimes it just workss out that way, did your food last week have more salt in it than usual? If so maybe fluid retention. I'm sure you will get it off next week x
