Fine with this. Yesterday was my refeed day. Let's see if I can hit 186 by the end of the week. That would be down a pound from my last low.

Northern, .4 lbs. is not much of a gain for a man who works out. You haven't mentioned eating junky food. I hope you see 186 on at least one of your scales.

soonsoonsoon. Have a refeed day and eat carbs so you gain some water weight. Then all you do is be careful with the carbs, cut your calories, and BAM!!! You're a hero. :D

Ugh, Northern! That won't work for me because I'm not on a low-carb diet to begin with. I eat fruit on a daily basis. And drink wine/champagne. I have tried Atkins, but the problem is that I can't sustain a diet that I'd never follow at my goal weight. Lifestyle stuff, you know?
