Weight increase is due to a pizza that attacked me last night without provocation.

Skipped lifting last night. I'm too sore still from the routine Wednesday - my first in over a week - that I thought I'd wait for today.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So just how much fight did you give that pizza before it overpowered you? :) I'm holding off my weigh in until tomorrow morning due to eating a delicious meal at a Spanish restaurant last night coupled with fluid retention from a good workout yesterday.

I still eat pizza, but I make sure it doesn't go beyond my calorie limit.

At least you looked good during that mistake, Glen. As to pizza, I prefer it cold in the morning with a can of Coke Classic. Ah, the good old, bad old 235 pound days. :(
