Your just the same as anyone else, except for those who can apparently persevere, which I cannot. You see many people say they yoyo with their slimming, but I would imagine that is for a variety of reasons. It is difficult to maintain any regime that calls for you to cut calories and exercise. However there are only two reasons for gaining weight, either you change the scales you get weighed on, they are inaccurate or you are eating more or the same as your RDI. You have to watch out for spring balance scales, as they get more inaccurate with increasing weight, you are much better off using the balance scales varieties as seen in doctors surgeries. I do hope you are not judging your weight by inaccurate methods. Keep with your diet regime and eat less than your RDI and you should be fine. :)

Hello thanks for the scales advice had loads of inaccurate scales in the past that still where not that cheap around the 50/60 pound mark.......invested in some medical grade scales SECCA supper accurate you can put a bag of sugar on them and comes up a 1kg.

Usually scales have lower and upper limits, but the lower the weight, down to its limit, is usually a lot more accurate, than the high weight end. Transducer based scales all depend on the level of calibration. This is why you have different types of scales, as the calibration range for a decent accuracy is not that great. Baby scales are accurate for low weights, normal scales are calibrated over the normal weight ranges for adults, male and female, and then the scales for, as they put it, high capacity persons. SECCA, by all accounts are good scales, but any scale would need to be calibrated for accuracy, within its intended weight range, no matter who made it. This is why I said about the weight balance scales being the best.
