Not too bad a week, but there is room for improvement and I have difficulty in remembering what I have done so this week I shall record my activities daily, steps and miles are easy to recall as they are stored on my fitbit account :)
57 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
