I have been enjoying frozen fruit for dessert lately and I think I may have kicked myself out of ketosis, I am following this closely for a couple of weeks, then I am having an Operation on my feet, so may not be able to keep to my eating regime after that for a while ... well not to the letter anyway. Exercise will also be out, I will be on crutches for up to 6 weeks, so no walking around, driving, making cups of tea etc :-(

So, here's to losing 4lb in 2 weeks!
