3300 calories and, once again, I'm at 188.4 But I don't want to eat more calories! Maybe that's an indication it's time to cut? I'm sorry guys. I remember what it was like to be in the weight loss cycle and see someone having the opposite struggle. The take away lesson is, no matter what your plan, plan it and stick to it. It works that way in either direction. If you're going to stay at the same weight, you have to manage the calories to stay there. Have a great day, buddies et al.

For those who know me, things are still a hairball down south and I may have to make a trip again in a couple of weeks. Everyone's fairly stable, just some changes that need to be dealt with.

Maybe you've found your body's new setpoint. It'll be interesting to watch the cut. Hope the hairball gets resolved.

Herder. I was just wondering that this morning. Is that maintenance calories now? If so, I'm cutting while eating 2800 calories? That seems crazy to me.

Don't know you personally NM but does this mean things are not going well with Mom??? Hope I misunderstood the post. If I didn't best of luck!!!

Actually both parents, Kathryn. Mom will be moving to a new facility. Dad is having issues getting along with other tenants.

Sorry to hear about the thing going on down south, but I hope you can get them settled in soon. Prayers going up for you and yours! As for your maintenance, it's as individual as your weight loss. You'll find where you need to be and, even though I'm envious of your situation, I am happy for you being where you are. The best part of being in maintenance is knowing what you need to do when you've gotten a wee bit wonky! Good job!
