the same again!!! what's going on? could cry :-(

Don't give up - maybe vary your diet or exercise regime?

Find it hard to exercise as disabled. Make myself do the physio exercises given to me, hoping losing weight will help, so catch 22 situation at the moment.

I sympathise, my weight has remained the same for nearly 3 weeks now. I've realised I have not been tracking everything that i've popped into my mouth....so I have tightened up on that. Also, I haven't been counting MILK which I do have a lot of over the course of a week, maybe a pint a day, so I think that is one cuplprit; also - I haven't been measuring my portions very accurately....I have made a few changes and I am hoping i'll see a loss next weight in day. Good luck, you CAN achieve it :-)

I hate when this happens! I was stuck around 140lbs forever and now I've reset my goal to 133lbs just to try and kick myself into some action! I did find I stopped recording all my food (and drink!) and so I'm doing that again, and drinking more water - especially before meals. Staying put is better than gaining so hang on to that thought and good luck!
