Okay, this is a little nuts. I think the power lifting may be my thing, and the calories I'm taking in have me in stasis and not in a slow weight gain state. At 187 pounds, I'm finding it hard to even hit my 3000 calories per day, and I am in a situation where I'm going to have to bump up to 3300 calories. I think my metabolism must have kicked back into my 20s. I still can't believe it since I was failing to lose on 1800 calories prior to the power lifting. Oh well. I guess I'll just have to bear up under the pressure. Hit calories last night by eating a cup of chocolate ice cream. :| It seems so wrong! :D I will not go back to coca cola and Doritos!

If you check my breakfast for today (not for the faint of heart) please understand this also includes my mid morning 'snack'. Breakfast was at 7. Snack will be at 10:30

I know what you mean. I'm doing 5:2 now, but finding on the non-fasting days I just don't want to eat as much as before. So I'm trying to eat more, but I'm not hungry and it seems unnecessary. Having to persuade myself that I NEED to eat more in order to burn fat on the fasting days! Never thought I'd have this problem!! I think it's exacerbated at the moment because I've hurt my leg and haven't been out walking and getting hungry. It's getting better however. Glad you have found your thing!
