Not been feeling well and have eaten a whole large jar of peanut butter ... medicinal purposes of course haha, well that's what I told myself at the time. I am now reaping the rewards of several pounds on the waistline <sigh>, will I ever learn.

I keep my peanut butter in the freezer. Makes it so much harder to eat a whole jar :)

now that's a clever idea. Well I know there is a lot of protein in peanut butter but hey a whole jar. If you need the hit try a tea spoon mixed into hot porridge (made with water) it makes the porridge go nice and creamy and you also get the peanut butter hit but with a lot less peanut butter. I usally have it at breakfast time. Might be a bit healthy than a jar. I have no doubt you will look stunning in your new dress. Good luck

Good idea, I could perhaps make peanut butter balls and freeze them, otherwise I would just eat a whole jar of frozen peanut butter haha!

The porridge idea sounds good, unfortunately oats are out for me as I am a low carber, but I am thinking I could mix some into my flaxseed muffins, would give me the taste. I also could have bought a much smaller jar, but I was feeling so sorry for myself at the time, if they had a tub of the stuff, then that is what I would have bought lol.
