My food intake has been OK but I haven't been able to get my steps in for a couple of days. I am feeling a little better in the soreness department but my weight is a little heavier...
71.9 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
