Feel great. Home! Mom is doing better and will be returning to the care home. A good time laughing and visiting with mom that I was afraid I'd never get. Not what I expected. Absolutely thrilled to get it.
Real food again. Weight's up, but it should just be from some of the junky foods I ate and not fat. Lifting is going well and breaking personal records. Power rack is downstairs where I work since I wasn't going to be around to get it delivered to the house. Photos will be coming soon once I get it set up.
