Playing with carb to protein relationships a bit. Since I've increased calories for maintenance, my protein has jumped to around 180 which is a little high. Weight gain is from the potatos yesterday. Yeah. Over half a pound. Oops.
84.0 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I no longer play with my diet. Just try to find a balance of sorts.

I may simply not worry about the high protein. I love it anyway and my body will use it one way or another. Want to hear something funny, Rocker? I've fallen back into Zone territory.

You have to do what works for you. I think I've fallen into the CICO... way of life. Yikes. Try to do a balance of fats and protein and keep the carbs moderate.

Potatoes are good for us and not that bad with cals so no worries.

I like them. They do tend to pack in the glycogen and water though.
