I have been sticking to my eating regime rigidly for the past 5 days, not lots loads, but pleased to be on a downward trend. I have upped my water intake too, reluctantly as I hate water without a spoon of coffee in it!
I am going to try and get back into the habit of using my vibration machine too, not sure how that will go as I have got out of the routine of it, but I will give it a really good go.
I would like to lose 5lb before the 19th September, so a bit of a tight deadline to achieve, but I can do it!
