9st 3 (1.5 on at WW) Pleased (& somewhat surprised!) to have a little loss before my holiday, gives me a little wiggle room! And with Melissa and I in the camper van in the New Forest, I'm going to need plenty of that! She is a very bad influence (or co-conspirator!) But we're taking the bikes with us so I'm hoping for at least *some* compensatory activity!
