The post-CN bloat. I did two spikes on Thursday which is one more than we know works but the day just worked out that way. I'm not keen on all tat sugar yesterday but there weren't LC options where we were, for all it trumpets its sustainability etc. Still, it's a one-off and one has to live with these things. Let's see how fast the bloat recedes now.

When I put weight on last year. I am pretty sure its because I ate too much fatty foods. I love lamb curry, nice cheeses, cream in my coffee, butter etc. I also had a bit of a sweet tooth, and once every week or so would eat sugary cakes, ice cream, and chocolate. I was probably over my caloric budget each day, but because I didn't record it I have no idea. Its frustrating for me to see you do exactly the same. I know diets are hard, but you seem to be making things hard on yourself. If you were to go on a traditional diet as recommended by a GP, you could fill yourself up with fresh fruit and vegetables, you would feel full and satiated, enjoy the delicious tastes and for half the calories. Then you would start to lose weight quite rapidly.....
