oh dear, 10 steps backwards, all inclusive holiday, then I couldn't be bothered for about 3 weeks. This is what happens!!

Back to the diet/eating sensibly. No alcohol too it makes me eat too much 😞
83.9 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
