Lost another kilo or so. Back to Weight lifting after tennis elbow injury. eating clean and doing cardio, lots of obliks and abs!
74.5 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
