No diet, just eating sensible. No carbs, lot of protein, lot of salads, 2 apples/ week & 1 banana, lot of watermelon. 1 cheat day a week, generally had my Margarita that day. Always had my home made protein shake everyday. Only exercised 1 in 2 weeks, just hip raises. Felt great.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
