Note to self: Still suffering from a herniated disc, so not pushing it. Hence only 3 days gym this week, consisting of 10 min warm ups, with some moderate speed walking sessions then followed by 45 min ultra-light weights sessions.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 77.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
