Note to self: 3 days of 60 mins light intensity gym workouts. Herniated disc swelling gone down lots, after taking prescription medicine.

Note to self: Popped by disc out again (herniated disc), so incredibly painful week. Only managed 3 days of 30 min very slow walking sessions.

Note to self: Still suffering from a herniated disc, so not pushing it. Hence only 3 days gym this week, consisting of 10 min warm ups, with some moderate speed walking sessions then followed by 45 min ultra-light weights sessions.
