So close to target 😣 but also so close to my holiday mid May. Need to keep on track and not fall off the wagon! I was desperate for a sweet treat yesterday and got chocolate raisins 😂 anyone got any good choices for a little hit of sweet/chocolate?

I make drinking chocolate, 2tsp cocoa powder, 3tsp sweetener and almond milk. tastes amazing and good on calories 😋

How about a Freddo or a mini Dairy Milk bar? Both under 100 calories. I have no restraint around chocolate though: if it's in the house, I'm eating it. I'm on week 6 of no chocolate 😩

Wow you managed to go no chocolate over Easter! You're a better person than me 😂😭 I'm the same though, I was eating a segment of terrys chocolate orange everyday for 2 weeks whilst it was in the cupboard. Freddos and hot chocolate are both such a good idea!

Freddos great choice 🙂also curley wurleys, milky ways and finger of fudge. I keep them in the freezer. Out of sight out of mind, and they take longer to eat frozen. Let them melt in the mouth

Yup, no chocolate over Easter: it's a first for me 😶 Tempted by the almond milk hot chocolate but knowing me, I'd end up drinking pints of it...

a choccy digestive or 2 is good for me! I ate loads of chocolate plus some of the kids chocolate over Easter too, back on it now though! 🤣

Try a teaspoon of peanut butter to curb the craving if you're not allergic.
