It has to drop soon. One of these days I'll have a really good movement ... and I'm not talking Beethoven. (No advice please. Tried it all. No it doesn't 'always' work.)
80.0 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel your pain. You would think with all the fruit I eat and the 6-8 bottles of water I drink I wouldn't have problems. My Dr is stumped. Guess it's just the way I am.

too much fiber can cause just as bad constipation as none, and it can lead to having to get surgery if it goes on too long. when I'm backed up for a long time I use that nasty lax drink sodium magnesium or whatever it is. it's gross but it cleans you right out, just drink lots of water.

And I think Beethoven and other LEGENDS would agree....TIMING is EVERYTHING in properly appreciating the nuances of each Movement ;-)
