Day 3 - Cabbage Soup "diet"

Today is vegetables, fruit and soup. I had fruit salad for breakfast (might continue with this after the diet). I have my flask of soup, a salad and fruit for today. When I get home I'll have the required bowl of soup and will stir fry some fresh veg and the left over roasted veg and may even have some more fruit salad if I have the space! I am amazed I don't feel hungry at night eating like this.

The main criticism of this diet is that you lose water weight....I can't understand this at all. I seriously am drinking about 5 litres a day - not because I am forcing myself, but because I feel thirsty - plus all the water content of the soup and fruit. Some say the water loss is due to low salt, but I have put salt in my soup, so it will be interesting how this pans out. I think it is just detox.

I had the whole weekend planned....but now the Foo Fighters concert has been cancelled :( I planned to eat everything I needed before I went and then just drink water while I was there. Now the weekend challenge is on....why are so many things we do based around eating???? I know if I don't have a plan...it will be so much harder to resist temptation.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
