I have been away for a while since I got a "tennis elbow" injury. I couldn't push hard for a couple of months now. It was also the holy month of Ramadan which is quite hard to diet through. Non the less, I did manage to keep doing Cardio, leg workouts, abs, obliks.
Two more weeks of recovery for my arm (fingers crossed)
75.8 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
