Yesterday: 15 min walk/jog on treadmill, 15 minute upper body, 10 min yoga
Lots of little chunks but they were impactful
78.9 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
