No change, stuck around this level for a while, trying to control my diet more than just all put exercise everyday. The longer I exercise the more hungry i get 😫
80.5 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
