The weather has been rain then 73 degree sunshine so I've been outside daylight to dark. I love this time of year.

For a while "boredom eating" will be off the radar and get me lined out with some better choices.

Even though I'm not posting comments I am truly enjoying the great posts from everyone; they keep me inspired.
82.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
