I wasnt expecting my weight to have gone down already! I guess the amount of walking I've done lately has offset what I thought was a bad diet. Hopefully I can keep this up and stay on track - my aim is to find low-calorie and healthier foods I like as I lose weight, so that once I'm at my goal and just maintaining I have foods I like and can eat regularly instead of starving myself and then reverting back to eating badly. My autistic food sensitivities definitely make it hard, but it's ok, I can do hard things.

Sometimes we lose weight quickly at the start due to the body using up glycogen stores and water before the slower fat burning begins. It's very encouraging 🙂 combined lots of walking the body will start fat burning as long as you stay calorie deficit. Well done 👏

I don't think I'm in a calorie deficit yet. Thanks for the encouragement :)
