My calorie count has stayed consistent and even survived the dog show this past weekend.

Inflammation can be caused by the additives in our every day foods so work at identifying what may be triggering those frustrating, random weight spikes.

So, I am embarking g on a 10 day targeted eating plan and will see what happens. Nothing super exciting but staying in a specific window of time to eat and elimination of any food not from 100% scratch. Not changing my caloric intake but it will likely drop as I'll not be grabbing that mocha when I'm in town.

Today is ground zero - I'll keep you all posted.
83.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
