A pound is a pound ! Have eaten slightly more this week and exercised a bit less, mostly due to all the rain 🤨!
Have weighed in a day early too (damage limitation) as family day out today including lunch 😊
62.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
