I’m back to say that 🍞 is not my friend right now 😂
59.9 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Bread is not good

I'd beg to disagree, Chessnut. Bread doesn't work for everyone, but it's not a bad food in moderation if it fits your WOE. (Fits mine.) I'll concur it can be a downfall food for some

Thanks for clarifying, Chessnut 😊 Trust me, though, I do know how easy it is to overeat! 😂 I could never go low carb because you can have my bread and fruit when you pry it from my cold, dead hands 🤣🤣

Chessnut I’ve been having bread for breakfast too, the trouble is I have also been having it for lunch 😂 it’s convenient when I’m running around. Carbs in general I love writingwyo, I couldn’t live without them I’ve just got to cut a couple of slices off my daily intake 😅
