I like to drink 2 large mugs of bulletproof coffee every morning! Keeps me from over eating through the day. NM, you are doing great! When are you going to show us more pics of Tika and wildlife?

Not a fan of bulletproof coffee, but got to LOVE that coconut oil. Where has it been all my life?

I finally figured out how to do bulletproof coffee! I just do my version of a fat bomb(coconut and dairy free) and have one for breakfast with my coffee. Yay! I see what you guys mean now. Curbs hunger thats for sure.

BB - coconut oil was once the devil that was going to kill us all. Sugar - I have a Tika photo that I took 2 days ago. I'll try to get her to post it a little later today. It was taken while I was trying to get a tan.
