So far so good. Ive not had a "perfect" week, but Im feeling good and Im sticking to the plan for the most part. Dinners have been my struggle because either weve ordered out or Im too busy to be the one cooking (and controlling what goes in it). Ive got to find a way to get in more water a day too. Im drinking a lot of liquid, but not a lot of water.

Took a walk on my lunch yesterday and it felt good, but also it reminds me how far I have to go and how far I am from where I was. Its easy to be frustrated with myself but Im trying not to hold on to that.

Ill be out of town this weekend for a couple of work events. I can control breakfast and lunch tomorrow and then Ill have to rely on my commitment to make better choices from there. Im nervous because Ive had no boundaries for so long and I know there will be pizza on Sunday.

I love pizza. I have cut back on it a bunch but still eat more than a serving. Good luck!

I hate it when I think about how much longer I have to get to the goal, if I were to just never give up I wouldn’t be on the rollercoaster every year. One of these times it’s gonna “click” I’m hoping this time. Good luck to you and your journey.

As someone who's endured a lot of depression, I've had to learn to pat myself on the back sometimes for every little thing I've done instead of focusing on what I haven't. Some days it might have just been that I brushed my teeth and showered. It's hard to shift that focus, but you may find it's actually more motivating than constantly looking at where you think you're falling short. One way or another, though, you'll get there 👍
