1kg gain overnight. That seems like a big difference. How does that happen?
65.8 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's a lot for overnight so I can't imagine it will be fat. Possibly inflammation? Did you exercise? This will cause water retention. Or salty foods? May also cause you to hold water. Or a lot of carbs? Muscles plumped up with glycogen and associted water. Or all of the above!

Yes, I don't think it is possible to gain fat that quickly. Probably water. I had some bread which I don't usually.
