Happy with that, as feeling in the zone again so hope I can keep focused. I have found a property to buy and super excited, so that may have helped with the refocus. The house I am renting at the moment is ok, but I am not fully settled as I know I have another move to do. Lots going on this weekend and probably extra food to be consumed, but I will try to stick to Keto as closely as I can.

Hey! Where abouts in Cornwall are you looking, North or South coast? Lived there for a while but moved away last year but still work for an organisation there and return once a month.

Lovely part of Cornwall. We were Polperro but would often go to Minions and the stone circles for a walk. Gold diggers quarry is lovely for a summer swim up there.
