It so easy to just not post when there is no weight loss, but that's not the purpose of this journey. It's Human Nature to embrace straight lines but they don't usually take us where we really want to go. It's the curved crazy ones that we remember and that leaves stories to tell later. So a big thank you to all the folks here that have the Integrity to share their ups as well as their downs.
I will do the same.
