Still doing my 20k steps as a posti, the downfall was eating a lot more to compensate.

last week I decided to create a new habit.

A fruit bowl for in between meals. each and every day.

I don't eat as much crap, fills me up, I reach my fiber target.

I still sometimes crave junk but not as much.

Only been a week but things like this will keep the weight off.

81.8 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
