Today's body fat is %29.3, I started somewhere over 30%. I am going to start recording that now that I have my handy new scale. I think its probably a better indicator anyway. Weights not really budging but I think my fat has moved quite a bit. Yay! That weight lifting may actually be worth the torture.

I do think the weight lifting, no matter how small, does help. Bones, toning, burning cals, etc. the weight lifing does make a difference. You rock!!
