Well considering I went to Cornwall yesterday and of course had a pasty (it was huge!) for lunch followed by a lion bar, thats not a bad result. I am not back there until early Feb, when I move 😊, so will be good till then (allegedly).
72.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
