Well this isnt what I want to see. Hopefully its mostly sodium from last nights soup. My fasting glucose was 122 this morning and that was after about 2 hours after waking. Im going in to talk to someone today but the nurse didnt think I needed to worry about my blood sugar. I dont know why she wanted me in today if it wasnt for that.
124.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
