Few Xmas lunches,dinners and parties after am surprised for such a small hike. before it would be several pounds stuck for a weeks so am pretty satisfied with outcome. Also not everything is fine on my path to best shape ever 🤭, at least something is working to bounce back quickly to last reached result. Should be back to normal (whatever it's for now) in day or two. Found new "toy" after medical crisis and am pricking myself regularly to figure out what is good for me and what is bad. Not sure why didn't get glucometer earlier - would prevent all of the worries and troubles. Happy Sunday it is!
95.8 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My fil was given one of those, one that you had to put the blood on a bit of paper and insert the paper? He had to request new paper bits after less than a week because we all kept playing with it 🤣🤣🤣

I'm playing with it now for second week, some things surprised me a lot and actually helped understand weight gain, as I though, for nothing and from nowhere. Life became bit challenging but interesting indeed 😁
