Painfully slow loss over the last few weeks, hitting a bit of a stubborn resistance from my body to hold on to fat. Just have to push through this 💪
85.5 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
