I didn't get to weigh myself last week. I was on vacation at the beach. I took some long walks on the beach, even did some running and worked out at the gym 3 days. My down fall was that I visited Seafood buffets two days and snacked all during the drive there and back.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
