Okay possums.

Day 3 of Hormone replacement patch. I feel saner. Just less overwhelmed. I worked till 7:30 last night and didn't notice.

Diarrhoea is still awful, whenever I lower the dose of antidiarrhoea meds, i have a bad bad experience often involving laundry in the middle of the night. On the waiting list for the hospital gastro, may that come soon! Please God.

Feel like a touch of cystitis coming on, no reason for it. Not drinking enough. Drink more!

Normal levels of nausea, which is to say, at least 2 attacks per hour.

Not on Keto. I need to go on a milk fast. Give my guts a rest. When I'm totally on milk I do tiny little sheep poops and can kind of self perpetuate on milk for weeks. Last time I did it I lost maybe 5kg without trying. If I drink enough milk, milk is all I want and I crave it. LOL.

But I keep falling off and eating banana sandwiches and the like, because bananas are really good for diarrhoea. And I had maccas the other night. Remind me next time I want maccas that I loathe maccas now. Dried up chips, cardboard buns, no salt on the meat, and a hurr of a price tag.

And what the heck with the chocolate sundae. They've changed the recipe for the fudge sauce - may as well throw the whole idea away, fudge sauce is ... sacrosanct! And a layer of chocolate dip topping so thick and solid I couldn't get through it. Is soft serve that expensive, that they have to pad it out with a heckton of chocolate crackle topping?

grumble mutter. I'm going to the supermarket to buy a superdose of nutrients in one of those cold pasteurised delicious fruit drinks they sell. I might even be a total whoar and get a giant banana flavoured milk (sugar in it, I really shouldn't touch it, but mama loves her banana milk and I need fluids today.)

Anyway I hadn't bleated at anyone for ages so that was cathartic. I haven't lost weight tho - just lost a lot of product from my alimentary canal. FML.
90.1 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
