OK - I have 3 months till I see my man again - so...... I have to lose a stone - wish me luck guys!!! Starting again today and this time going to try calorie counting but also watch carbs, plus as much exercise as I can face :0) - I am going to take one day at a time - every day is a day closer to my sugar...
71.0 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
