back again just rubbish at this
daughter arrived with fish and chips i eat very few chips trying

Hi Clare6969, you have wizzed up a bit but never give up. You must be strong and say no. This is what helps me. A big colourful note on the kitchen wall telling me off not to cheat or eat too many treats until the target is met. Yes, I still slip up, but it helps an awful lot. So give it a go. If you have children or anyone who likes drawing and making a sign, then get the pencils and pens woring that's satisfying in itself, but the poster makes a huge difference. Your daughter shouldn't be tempting you. She should be supporting you. You are allowed a few chips. Just limit your treats. I've lost 12lbs in just under 4 weeks so far and I have been out for a meal (hickory smokehouse) and had a kfc in that time. Just counted the calories if each meal. My kfc wasn't my usual go to box meal. I had to sacrifice the burger and fries and had strips and a piece. I've had a bag of crisps most days too. I've had homemade burger and chips - sweet potato fries for me but I had gammon, egg and chips for dinner last night (chips air fried, egg poached, gammon slow cooked in diet coke) but I could have just had veg. I've had roast dinners but chose between yorkshire puddings and roasties. Curries choose rice or Naan or smaller portion. Pasta and garlic bread, just a few slices and watch your portion size. I even drink alcohol (vodka and diet coke, no wine or beer right now). Don't give up. Just make some good choices and still make room for treats. I've been using gum between meals too to curb my appetite.

Don’t worry get back on track tomm just make it into a full week or just cut down tomm u b finesrcref is don’t beat yourself up sn it fish is protein anyway
