I am starting this again as I now have a reason and a target - it is my birthday on 3rd June and I will be 51 - I want to go dancing and wear something skimpy! lol :0) 0 plus in the Autumn I hope to go to Cuba.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
