🫣😮‍💨No more weekends. They are hard to recover from. Also, too much wine after not indulging for a year and a half. It's definitely not good for weight loss.
60.5 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
